BetWaggle is a scoring, side-game tracking, and settlement calculator for private golf groups. BetWaggle is not a licensed betting operator, casino, payment processor, escrow service, or money transmitter.

Use of the Service

You may use BetWaggle to create golf events, track scores, calculate side-game results, share event links, and produce settlement summaries. You are responsible for making sure your use complies with the rules of your club, event, workplace, and local laws.

No House Betting

BetWaggle does not take custody of funds, accept wagers, set official odds for public betting, or pay winnings. Any money movement is handled directly between participants outside BetWaggle. Payment links, when shown, are convenience links only.

Organizer Responsibility

Event organizers control event setup, participants, scoring access, side-game settings, and settlement review. Before asking anyone to settle up, organizers should verify scores, handicaps, formats, and payout math.

Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BetWaggle. Do not use BetWaggle for unlawful gambling, public wagering, underage participation, or any activity prohibited by your jurisdiction or venue.

Accounts, Links, and Access

Event links, admin links, and PINs can grant access to event data. Keep them private. You are responsible for activity that happens through links or credentials you share.

Accuracy and Availability

We work to make scoring and settlement calculations reliable, but BetWaggle may contain errors, lose connectivity, or be unavailable. Use your own judgment and keep backup score records for important events.

Acceptable Use

Do not use BetWaggle for unlawful activity or harassment.
Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
Do not upload content or event data that you do not have permission to use.

Purchases and Refunds

Paid event access, if purchased, is for the event or package described at checkout. Refund requests can be sent to hello@betwaggle.com and are reviewed case by case.

Limitation of Liability

BetWaggle is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BetWaggle and Cafecito AI are not liable for indirect damages, lost funds between participants, scoring disputes, event interruptions, or decisions made from settlement summaries.
