How long it takes

Both halves are quoted rather than estimated: 8–12 days is what the printer's live shipping quote says for Ground Advantage, and 2–3 business days is what the print stage has actually taken.

Please allow the full fourteen days before writing to ask where an order is. Almost everything that looks lost at day nine turns up by day twelve, and we would rather set a window we can keep than a shorter one we cannot.

You get a tracking link by email the moment the parcel leaves the printer. If you have not had one after four business days, something has gone wrong — write to us.

Where we ship

Shipping is free, and the United States only. It is already in the price you see; there is no shipping line added at checkout.

We cannot currently ship outside the US, and checkout will not accept a non-US address. If that is you, every one of the fourteen games has a free printable you can print at home anywhere in the world.

Damaged, misprinted or lost

If a pack arrives damaged, prints wrong, or never turns up at all, we send a free replacement. Within 30 days of delivery, and you do not need to return anything — keep or bin whatever arrived, and a new one is printed.

To claim, email orders@cafecito-ai.com with:

• The order reference from your receipt email.
• A photo, if it is damage or a misprint. One picture settles it faster than a paragraph.
• Nothing else. There is no form and no returns portal.

Undamaged cards

Undamaged packs cannot be returned. A scorecard that has been in a cart holder cannot be sold to anybody else, and every pack is printed for one order rather than pulled off a shelf, so there is no stock to put it back into.

This is exactly why all fourteen games are free to print at home. Print the one you are unsure about, take it round eighteen holes, and buy the ones that stick.

Bought on Amazon

The full rule book is sold on Amazon, and nothing on this page covers it. That order is Amazon's: Amazon's delivery estimate, Amazon's returns and Amazon's refunds. Everything above applies only to the cards and the booklet we print and post ourselves.

Wrong address

An order goes to the printer within a minute or two of payment. If the address is wrong, email orders@cafecito-ai.com immediately and we will try to catch it. Once it has shipped, a parcel sent to an address that does not exist comes back to the printer, and we will reprint it to the right one at no charge.
